Ride or even… Walk!

The Véloroute des Bleuets welcomes all pedestrians who wish to experience the 256 km network. Indeed, while the Véloroute is primarily destined to cyclists from all walks of life, over the years the network has become a destination of choice for experienced pedestrians from around the world. Many have even met the challenge of completing the entire circuit on foot. All the services offered to cyclists are also available to you. Welcome one and all!

Authorised Users

• Bicycles, tricycles, segway and unmotorised scooters
• In-line skaters and pedestrians
• Electric vehicles for the physically impaired
• Emergency vehicles (ambulances, police cars)
• Maintenance equipment

Etiquette

• Ride on the far right hand side and use the left lane to pass
• Ride in line when there are many cyclists
• Maintain a safe speed and ride safely
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
• Clear the bike path when stopping
• Always use an approved bicycle child seat
• Respect circuit sign posts at all times

Cycling Circuit Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Alcohol and drugs
• Domestic and farm animals
• Discarding trash anywhere accept in designed containers
• Music playing devices with earphones
• Acting in a manner that could damage public property
• Climbing on buildings or equipment
• Solicitation of any kind
• Holding unauthorised protests
• Post advertisements of any sort
