This ferry is accessible from Dam-en-Terre Resort and from the avenue du Pont Nord as well, near the Odyssée des Bâtisseurs. This ferry operates from June to September. It only takes 5 minutes to cross the Grande-Décharge River and it is free.

Monday to sunday 9 am to 12 pm et 12:30 pm to 6 pm
September 1 to septembre 30 2014 :
Monday to Thursday: 11 am to 2 pm
Friday to Sunday: 10 am to 12 pm and from 12:30 pm to 4 pm.
This ferry gives access to the Parc national de la Pointe-Taillon and to the Pointe-Chevrette and Île Boulianne campgrounds. It operates from June to September. The 2.5 km crossing takes about 10 minutes and is fee-charging. See the following schedule and takes.
From June 21 to September 2, 2014. The ferry operates every day except on Friday evening. To use the ferry there is no need to book just get there a few minutes early.

A shuttle service operates on the Saguenay River. Cyclists can now cross the river to reach the shores of Shisphaw or Jonquière and ride the new 71 km circuit: Le Horst de Kénogami. This new circuit connects the Saguenay to the Véloroute des Bleuets by running through the municipalities of Hébertville and Métabetchouan-Lac-à-la-Croix.
